Aperte — Restaurant in Helsinki sub-region

One of the best meals we've had in a long time. When I'm writing this the restaurant had only been open a few weeks, but it's reputation and that of the heaf chef preceded it. We were fortunate to obtain a pair of seats at the bar. We thought the food was excellent with some unique ingredient twists to each dish to keep diners entertained. Outstanding food and excellent service. I strongly recommend the set menu consisting of five courses for €55, which is excellent value for money and each course outstanding. Kaikki annokset ja makuyhdistelmät erittäin onnistuneita ja maistuvia. Makuja oli hyvin heti kokin tervehdyksestä lähtien, mutta menu onnistui silti kasvamaan hienosti loppua kohden. Pääruoka-annos oli yksi parhaista ravintoloissa syödyistä kala-annoksista koko pöytäseurueen mielestä. Harvoin jälkiruoka jää niin vahvasti mieleen, mutta mansikkainen jälkkäri onnistui siinäkin.
