The museum apartment is located on the top floor of a residential building. Enter is free, you don't need to buy a ticket. Check the website for museum visiting hours. The museum is not open every day. Friendly meeting. Pieni, mutta energinen museo, joka on piiloutunut aivan Helsingin keskustaan. Avoinna tätä kirjoitettaessa kahtena päivänä viikossa. Siitä huolimatta syyskaudella on ollut vaikka mitä opastusta ja ohjelmaa. Sanoin mielelleni, että olimme menossa katsomaan homoeroottista (queer oli hänelle pakko hätäpäissään näin suomentaa) näkökulmaa taideteoksiin, ja miesparka ei tiennyt miten olla. Odotti pimeää luolaa, jossa olisi sukupuolielimiä. Pääsikin luksuspenthouseen, jonka seinät oli tapetoitu tauluilla. Miljöö on hyvin arvokas. Tänne on päästävä kesälläkin tiiraamaan ikkunoista Helsinkiä. Ja tiiraamaan teoksiakin teosluettelon ja ajan kanssa, sillä tauluja oli runsain määrin. Suosittelen lämpimästi osallistumista opastukseen, sillä se avasi ainakin omia silmiäni katselemaan teoksia tarkemmin. Myös aluksi ennakkoluuloisesta miehestäni kuoriutui tarkkavaistoinen taidehavainnoitsija, jolla...
