Wow, where to start? We had high hopes for this place because of the solid reviews but our experience was terrible. The waitress was rude and sarcastic with us from the get-go, rolling her eyes when we asked questions about a specific dish. The food itself was disgusting— near-frozen chicken in a salad with almost no dressing, school cafeteria pizza that was totally bland with a dry crust. And for this we paid handsomely — almost $20 a dish. Toward the end of our meal, another waitress emerged and angrily stacked glasses near us, seemingly so enraged that I feared the glasses would break. The woman who took our check took forever to arrive even after asking multiple times and then she barely made eye contact with us. There are much better places in this neighborhood. Read moreThere can be legends told about the service in many Helsinki restaraunts :) You are met by a person who helps you to undress, but instead of asking Are you here to eat? We are here for touristic purposes and we are not trying to make ourselves look good. Since we did not want to eat much we bought a pizza and shared it. The attitudes and actions of both waitresses were very disturbing. They belittled the food we ate. Normally they brought the bill in a leather box to other people but they brought us the paper bill directly. I am an American citizen and I travel a lot and I have never encountered such an attitude anywhere. These attitudes are not nice at all, what does the waiter care about what I eat? I am saying this as a suggestion that these attitudes...
