Food quality is as expected but it's consistently cold over multiple visits to this place. Food that has been processed this much should not taste like it's about to give me food poisoning. Even being able to eat here is made difficult by the unavailability of any kind of a lift to the second floor. It wouldn't be a problem if the restaurant wasn't in the 2nd LARGEST TRAIN STATION in the whole country. I have friends coming over rather often and getting their luggage to the 2nd floor is surely a good workout as well as it is an unnecessary nuisance. Surely we could sit in one of the four tables in the ground floor but lo and behold there are about ten other groups with their luggage either waiting for food or queueing to the counter. And I'm sure that the people were waiting for their food there just to queue to the ground level tables. A true 0 star experience. Please favour the subway right next to this place even if it not having seats feels...
