I stayed here for four nights for a work conference. The hotel was recommended by the conference, but I highly suggest staying somewhere else. Upon my arrival, I was shocked to find menstrual blood on the tiles of the shower and mold growth in the shower corners and tile crevices. Despite raising concerns with the hotel staff, the room was never properly cleaned - the whole time! I was shocked to realize that cleaning is not done at all during guest stays. This is not part of their policy, but maybe just how the hotel operates? No part of the bathroom, including the sink or the trash were cleaned / emptied. Further - and perhaps most annoying / stressful during a work trip - is I was never provided with clean cups / mugs. Every morning I would bring down my dirty dishes to the breakfast buffet for them to be cleaned the kitchen staff. After writing multiple emails, I finally just approached a member of the front desk staff after my conference presentation. She was a new employee still in training, but she kindly came up to collect all the dirty dishes and provide me with new ones. I requested that she escalate this but I never heard back from the hotel. All I can say, is that I'm happy I was so busy with the conference that I didn't have to be in my hotel room long... Don't stay here. *******UPDATE******* Dear Duty Manager Wilhelmiina, Thank you for your reply to my review on Google. Unfortunately, this is the only channel I’ve been able to receive a response from your hotel. I must clarify that the issue goes beyond the lack of stayover cleaning services, particularly since I never requested clean towels or sheets. While I understand and appreciate your hotel's efforts towards sustainability, certain basic amenities and hygiene standards should not be compromised. In particular, guests should not be expected to wash their dishes in the same sink used for personal hygiene, particularly in the absence of a designated kitchen area. As a paying guest, I do not believe it is unreasonable to expect a minimum level of comfort and cleanliness ie no menstrual blood on the walls nor mold in the shower.... I hope you also can understand my frustration and the need for a more substantive response from your hotel. As I have communicated through multiple channels, including phone calls and emails to your customer service team, I am open to a fair resolution in the form of a partial refund in order to acknowledge the substandard conditions and lack of explanations. I will write you again via your hotel email. Best, Arden

I stayed for around a week in this hotel and all in all I am very satisfied with the experience. The location of the hotel is great, very central, close to everything. The hotel however is huge, also it is merged with a local shopping center. if you come by car and use underground parking (which costs quite a lot) it might be a challenge to find your way to the hotel from the underground. The room was on the 7th floor giving to the Simon square. The square is a lively place where a lot of events take place. Every day there was some live music, dancing, sport events, not till very late though so we were not disturbed in the nights and evenings. The room is spacious, everything needed is inside, it also had a spacious balcony and a sauna which was very convenient. The room had a boiler with tea, coffee and hot chocolate, also a tiny fridge which was mostly acting as a bar, you cannot place much there and it was not particularly cold. The hotel has a small gym, the equipment is sufficient for a basic training. However, if there are more than 3 persons it gets really tight. Breakfast was sufficient, large choice, good timing from early morning till 10am. However, the space was often packed with people, very crowded. The food selection was good, quite a classic, everything was fresh, tasty and came in large amounts. The selection perhaps could be improved by a richer choice of fruits, e.g., pineapple, some basics like French fries, fish sticks, pancakes were also missing. All in all everything was of good quality, the service was friendly and hard-working. Staying in this hotel is not cheap but the experience is overall very good.

When I arrived at the hotel, there were two men at the reception desk who completely ignored me for about 10 minutes as I stood there waiting. When they finally acknowledged me, they told me I had to pay for my room—even though it had already been prepaid. After sorting that out, I went to my room only to find that the key didn’t work. I had to go back downstairs to get a new one. Once I finally got into the room, I was honestly shocked by how dirty it was. The couch had suspicious stains, the bedsheets weren’t clean, the desk was dusty, and even the menu had stains on it. I didn’t feel comfortable staying there, so I went back down to the front desk. This time, there was a kind and understanding woman working who really helped turn things around. She apologized, found me a new room, and was incredibly friendly—she even drew a heart on my new key. Her attitude made a big difference. By this point, an hour had passed since I first arrived. The new room was better, but still not great. The couch in this room also had stains, which was really disappointing. At that point, I was exhausted and had to get up early, so I just avoided using the couch. But as you can see from the photos I’ve included, this is not acceptable. If the hotel can’t provide a clean replacement, they should just remove the stained furniture altogether. Also, when I called to order room service it turned out that the menu was outdated. So all the things I wanted to eat were not available either. Overall, this experience left a very bad impression. I would never stay here again.
