Pub Heinähattu — Restaurant in Helsinki sub-region

The people working there are rude! Especially the lady bartender. When asked for a glass of water, her reply was "get it from the toilet". My other colleagues were talked pretty rudely too. The reason for being rude was "she had to work" like really?? Why is such a person even hired? I don't go out every 5 min outside and with a drink and smoke when I'm working, but she was all the time, with long line of customers waiting!! Absolutely ridiculous customer service! If you can't give a proper service, quit!...

If you like a small cozy, living room vibe bar then this is a good option. Service is friendly and almost everyone is welcome. The tried and true bar for helsinki punksters (don't worry they don't bite). Good selection of music and everyone in the bar can change the tunes from the LP player, except when someone says don't change it. The bar is on street level so accessibility is pretty good for a small bar....

Definitely a great place to enjoy a sunny evening, enjoy a cold drink and listen to great music. You can also go inside and choose what you want to listen, just like that.
