Ravintola Tenkka — Restaurant in Helsinki sub-region

It’s a decent and small place ideal for a group of friends who would like to sing karaoke. It’s worth going early as the song queue is usually massive.

It was 3 euros for entrance and around 8,70 euros for a gin and tonic. So this place is on the affordable side. The only downside is that they didn’t have a card reader for the coat check so I had to go all the way to the bar pay 3 euros with my card to get 3 coins back to give to the cost check.

Nice karaoke selection, but be aware there is an indoor smoking room inside the pub with no door, the smoke goes straight through the whole venue. Also some of the younger women in our group were getting approached constantly (while sitting at the table in our group) by old drunk men trying to talk to them again and again, which created an uncomfortable experience...

I went there to enjoy a fun karaoke night with friends. For our surprise staff was not exactly friendly and the Finnish lady who led the karaoke was actually rude.
