Ravintola LOBO — Restaurant in Helsinki sub-region

There are three things to celebrate about this restaurant. First, the waitress, whose name I did not catch was outstanding and brought excitement and an extra dimension of warmth to every dish. Second, the food was definitely elevated and meant as a journey into the multifaceted and diverse layers of Finnish cuisine. Third, the atmosphere was calm relaxing and intimate. We actively chose to not take pictures of our meal as to not spoil either your experience if you so choose it, and to not spoil the journey the kitchen wanted us to go on. Outstanding. I was positively shocked by this unassuming place. They have one single tasting menu only but that focus pays off. It was better than I'd say 70% of one Michelin star restaurants'. And for €75 an absolute bargain. Go there now before this place takes off because I can assure you it will. It's just opened and so there's still seats. Atmosphere: We were the first ones to arrive. Tables were close but did not bothet at all. Intimacy was kept even tho the space is quite small. Service: We had Natalia as our server.
