Noli Katajanokka II — Hotel in Helsinki sub-region

Booked direct for a standard fully furnished studio and my apartment was ready upon arrival. The entire experience was contactless and I received the door code and check-in code via email prior to arrival.||The building is fully loaded with car rental in the garage, a restaurant and coffee shop in the building, along with conference rooms, community kitchens, laundry room, and a sauna, all in the building.||My apartment was pretty new and looked great. Upon closer examination, the toilet seat, bathroom faucet, as well as kitchen faucet were all loose...a touch bizarre.||There was an individual HVAC and the windows opened to the chilly outdoors. There is no TV inside the unit although it is available for rent by the day, week, or month.||The shower and bathroom in general were pretty tight, although usable. There is a laundry room on the first floor along with a reservation book to book a machine. There were laundry cleaning pods in the bathroom to use for laundry.||The studio was fully furnished with a cooktop, fridge, along with pots, pans, plates, and utensils.||The bed was comfortable and the sheets were good quality.||The tram station is in front of the building, making trips I to the city and/or to the...

Great location, everything was in very close distance, about a ten minute walk from the city center. Close to two supermarkets and to tram stops. The room was very warm, clean and cosy with everything you would need and an extra comfy bed. The kitchen in the room was fully equipped with even a dishwasher. The breakfast was very good with many vegetarian options. Many common areas such as kitchen, game room, working space, sauna etc. The staff was friendly and helpful, they even prepared us breakfast the previous day as we had to leave early the next morning and we would miss the breakfast hours. The check-in was easy, as well as the luggage storage. In order to go anywhere inside the building you need your key card (you can't even access the elevator without it), so if you loose or forget your card, outside of the office hours you had to pay a lot of money to help you get in your room again or wait until ten in the morning for the staff to help you. This actually happened to another visitor who I met there. That's great for safety but things like that happen. Also not exactly a disadvantage but the room didn't have a TV. We found the hotel fresh and new. Our room was spacious and equipped with a kitchenette, a small dining table and two lounge chairs. There was plenty of storage.

The bed was comfortable but had only 1 pretty flat pillow. The hotel had none other which we could borrow.

The toilet while small had a shower stall with good water pressure.

Our room was located close to street level. With the window closed, we could not hear the traffic. However, the room can get stuffy and with the window ajar, the sounds of vehicles passing can be unpleasant.

Our stay was short and we didn't use many of the common facilities like the shared kitchen, sauna or the laundry but they were well thought-out to cater to what guests would need.

We did use the games / entertainment room as there was no TV in the room. This was a small room with a single sofa. Most the the streaming services needed an account and the PS5 console only had 1 controller.

Checkin and checkout was smooth with the exception that I did not receive my check-in code before hand.

Service was professional and helpful. Overall it was a pleasant stay and we would consider...
