We ordered the menu Muré for the table. As I have an allium (onion, leek, shallots, chive, garlic) allergy we asked that it be removed from the tables dishes. They dealt with this very well and I didn't feel like I was having half dishes. In some places you feel they just take out the ingredient, but this felt like they had thought about it and I didn't feel short changed with the flavors. The steak tartare was melt in your mouth delicious. The flavor combinations with the dressing was incredible. The beef selection was 8.5/10 - it was very nice, but not the best I've had The dessert was a fabulous deconstructed black forest gateaux with intense cherry sorbet, a rich and intense espresso chocolate mousse (of which I could have had that as the entire dessert and been happy), all with a vanilla cream and lady finger surprise for the base. I used to love Gastrogrill Mure, dining here 10 times in the past month, but my last visit was shocking. Today 3pm my girlfriend was served a rotten steak I couldn't even swallow when I tried it, and when I raised it, the server (Eva in the receipt) was cocky, mean, egoist even tried to charge me for it. No apology, just insane attitude. For a place I once loved, I don't feel comfortable going back. My girlfriend got terrible food poisoning from rotten steak this restaurant served and we hear no apology. Instead she told us we're not welcome back. Good thing this experience was so terrible along the servers childish and beyond unprofessional take on the situation that had made us already decide that we won't come back here.
