The pizza we had was very good, especially the double-crunch rucola & bresaola. The negroni, wine pairing and digestive grappa were all on point. Also, the olives we had as a starter were tasty.

The reason I give it four stars instead of five is that while the food was very good, the place itself is cramped. We were packed in like sardines, which felt a bit incongruent with the fact that we were paying 26€ per pizza. Sure, it's hip and bustling and I wasn't expecting some mom&pop place. I understand that for the economics to work, they need a lot of customers flowing through. The fact that the waiter cleared away my grappa before I had finished it also gave it a bit of a rushed feeling. They're simply trying to get too many people in (and out) too quickly. Every time the person that was sitting behind my wife wanted to get up, he accidentally bumped into her chair because we were packed in so tightly. For this price, I don't want to feel like I'm eating in a cafeteria for rich people. Just keep that in mind if you're making a 1:1 reservation for a special somebody.

If they reduced the number of seats by just 10%, I think the overall experience would be more enjoyable.

In sum: it's a nice addition to the Helsinki food scene. Very good food. Good drinks. As a customer, I would appreciate a little more...

Went to the restaurant on a Sunday. We were given a shortened menu for the day. I'm assuming it was because the crowd and large amount of food would be hard to handle. Which was understandable. This fact could have been communicated better as "the lazy sunday" menu seemed to be some sort of a special offer. The food 4/5- we've tried "the queen", "yes please" and "stay hot" pizza. They were fantastic. The dough was soft and delicious. The sauce was amazing. And the salami on "stay hot" is simply fenomenal. The dough on the pizza was a bit too thin for my liking, and it made it soak up a lot of the souse. Desert 2/5- Also, I tried the tiramisu. I wouldn't recommend it. It was the only part of the whole meal that was just mid and basic. The biscuit didn't have the iconic kick to them. And the cream was boring. I also had a cappuccino. It was amazing. Either thanks to the beans, machine, or preparation. It was smooth and rich. The atmosphere was nice. Minimal and elegant. The venue and bathrooms were clean and well maintained. I will be returning as the pizza and coffee are truly fantastic. Next time, I will return during the week o try the rest of the venue. Really...

We came yesterday after team workshop. Our assistant helped to pre-order 11 tasting menu, but due to sickness, only 7 were able to make it. It was very surprising to us that we had to pay 11 person’s menu although we were only 7, the reason was: it was pre order. This is strange, in any other restaurants we have been, this has never happened. The explanation was not convincing, there was nothing special pizza restaurant would have pre ordered or especially made for us due to our order (and btw if we would have to pay full price, why wouldn’t we get full amount of food?? It was very confusing). On the other hand, as a group sitting in the middle of the room, we felt we were almost begging for buying drinks. 😅 I would put more focus on selling drinks than calculating and charging customer the preorders …. Food was still very good, just to be fair, kitchen did a great job! But the service…. Can’t say much… 😞
