Hi Green Hippo team,

We visited your store around 21:20 tonight and had two bowls, which were really good – thanks for that!

However, we did feel a bit rushed toward the end of our meal. The server seemed a little tired and not as warm, which made us feel a bit pushed out. We weren’t fully aware of the 22:00 closing time, and when I suggested to the server that perhaps the food cutoff could be moved to 21:00 instead, it didn’t seem to be received in the best way.

I truly enjoy your food and the vibe of the place, but I think a little more warmth from the staff could make the experience even better. If you’d like to discuss this further, I’d be happy to chat more personally. Thanks again, and we’ll...

Food is good and reasonable priced for Finland. Burger and beet root pasta were delicious and did not leave hunger.

However, music in the restaurant is so horrible that I do not recommend eating inside. It is widely known among many people I know that this is the case. I hope one day the restaurant will switch away from lazy soulless song covers (or similar christmas songs, god forbid) to pretty much anything else. I know it’s not possible to please everyone, but this music has been playing every single time I have visited the restaurant.

I had the lunchtime menu, and enjoyed the chicken bowl which was accompanied by an umami peanut sauce. Portions are great, with the chicken being surprisingly well marinated and moist. Very juicy and tasty!

Sparkling water is also complimentary and can be served by yourself.

The outside terrace is a wonderful vibrant spot, great to people watch and enjoy the city during summer time. Only downside is the birds and seagulls which pester people, or cause disruption.
