This popular and highly-hyped place disappointed us bad. I visited it with a group of friends, all of us mexican.
The waiting line was long, however some people got to enter right away without making a line. When we finally got inside, we noticed that even when thereâs a âqueueâ (through a Singa-app powered system) not all songs got played⌠later we discovered that the staff gets to âapproveâ which songs go to queue and which donât⌠Ok, weird but we kept trying to have fun and trying to request a song. We got only one chance to sing, and spent the rest of the night waiting for other songs to come. At some moment a finnish lady from the table next to ours kindly invited me to sing with her, I agreed but the moment I stepped on the stage the bar tender RAN and took the microphone away from me, and when questioned why she said it was not my turn and âthey cannot let people sing too muchâ, HOWEVER a particular group of people (finnish and blonde) got to sing up to 3 times in a row.
One of the women from that group heard us complaining about it and said it was only because the bartenders were her friends.
Soooo, they discretely reserve the right to refuse the service but not to take our money from overpriced drinks and food. And to be honest, to pretend to be a âso exclusiveâ bar, itâs just a regular venue, with okeish products, dirty toilets and...
Read moreWe (25 people) came with a big group and were the first customers of the night, more people came in because they saw us have fun with karaoke and dancing, yet the staff treated us with complete disrespect because we didnât drink enough according to them. Our song requests got skipped, and any questions were ignored.
One particularly absurd moment was when a bouncer came up to me just because he saw me sip water from my own bottle. He told me I needed to order something from the bar. I politely explained that I didnât want soda or alcohol â Iâm on a diet. He then walked over to the bar staff, apparently to double-check if Iâd ordered anything, and came back to confront me again. Even after I calmly explained myself a second time, he went to the rest of my group to say the same thing to them. It was honestly embarrassing and completely unnecessary.
What doesnât make sense is that this âruleâ doesnât seem to apply when someone buys multiple drinks for others â then suddenly itâs fine? If they really want to enforce a minimum spend, they should charge an entrance fee instead of harassing people mid-song over a bottle of water.
Beers were overpriced and half full, the vibe was off, and the whole experience felt like a scam. Only a local named Ari was a great experience, he made karaoke fun â but the venue itself?...

We came to this karaoke bar with a large group and ended up paying for the majority of the nightâs revenue. The place was practically empty besides us, yet the staff treated us with shocking disrespect from the moment we walked in.
They were rude, pushy, and unprofessional. We were pressured to keep buying more alcohol and eventually kicked out because we didnât want to keep drinking. Who does that to their only customers? Our song requests were skipped multiple times, and when we asked why, they brushed us off without explanation.
To make matters worse, the beers were only half full and ridiculously overpriced. Itâs clear they tried to squeeze every euro out of us. The atmosphere was unfriendly, the service was intrusive, and the overall experience was frustrating and disappointing.
The only saving grace of the night was Ari, a local who showed everyone what karaoke is really about. But aside from that, I would strongly advise anyone to steer clear of this place. Total rip-off and a...
