They only speak English, which is not a problem. Ordered a drink of which there was two different versions, which I did not know. The staff member didn't ask which one I wanted and just gave me one. Once I said I wanted the other one, only one I had noticed, the bartender said I should have told him so and that I would have to pay the one he had given me because it would otherwise be taken from his paycheck. First of all he should have asked which one I wanted if there was options, and it was very poor service to immediately accuse me of making a mistake, telling me I need to pay for their mistake and finally make it about their own paycheck status which has nothing to do with my experience. Hosted a birthday party in the loft space of this bar. It was amazing, we had the entire loft to ourselves for three hours, could bring our own food and decor, bartenders were attentive, friendly and had great customer service, and the setting inside is really beautiful with brick walls, cool artwork, and hanging string lights. The place is right by the water so a nice setting outside as well. Susanna was very accommodating when I was booking the loft reservation and promptly replied to emails and answered any questions. Atmospheric bar on the Helsinki harbourfront. With a patio and a few tables on a second level. Not busy when I was there at 4:30 PM, but I expect that changes in a bit. The first "K" is reversed in the actual physical signs at the bar. I guess everyone needs a wat to stand out. Very comfortable place.
