Yummy Buffet — Restaurant in Helsinki sub-region

I went on a Thur evening at around 6pm. . The 1st floor only indicated the menu and buffet lunch price so I went up to enquire about dinner... I was greeted by a nice lady. For €14.50, I could eat to my heart's content. I was alone in the restaurant

The food could be divided into salads, cold dish, hot food, sushi, drinks and dessert. That sound like a lot right? Indeed a lot.

I went straight for sushi. It was yummy. Hot food is Asian food (I would say it leans towards Chinese) as described at 1st floor. The hot food consists of stir fried noodles, fried rice or plain rice, stir fried meat, spring rolls curry, etc. There's also soup, dumplings and pizza. For cold dishes, they have kimchi, pickles, mustard veg, and more (I just can't remember). The photos from other reviews are very representative.

Drinks wise, there are many types of soft drinks, plain water, coffee or tea.

The dessert section has ice cream, cakes and chocolate fountain fondue although I wonder what I could dip the fondue with. Was looking for food like fruits or marshmallow to dip.

I felt this has been the worst Chinese buffet I have tried so far in my life. And yes I I visted the yummy buffet restaurant in Helsinki centrum close to Finnkino Kaisaniemi. Food was very dry and lack of taste.The only nice thing was the ice cream. But otherwise I would not come for the food. Location is great, but the food quality is really bad. So it feels like this place is like a tourist trap. When I arrived during lunch time, the restaurant was quite empty, so I would imagine why the food taste like is being there for long time. The only reason I would come again is for the ice cream, but in that case I would rather go to an ice cream kiosk…. Also it was a shame the chocolate fountain didn’t work , it was a soup of melted chocolate… It was funny to find feedback paper forms around the restaurant without providing any pens for actually filling the form. I think they should actually read the real reviews from google and do something about the food instead of denying that the person has visited the wrong restaurant. So in overall in would not recommend this restaurant to anybody and you feel scammed after paying over 16€ for the poor...
