My favorite craft beer bar in the world.

Fast and pleasant service, great beer selection, plenty of comfortable seating, clean draft lines, decent pub grub. Free wi-fi, too! You will not find a craft beer bar with as wide of a selection anywhere else in Uusimaa. A great balance of local/Finnish and foreign breweries at any given point. This bar is routinely my first stop after arriving to Helsinki, and is often where I’ll spend time getting work done, especially if I know they’ve got a large number of lagers from Tuju and Olari on tap. Hard to go wrong with a quesadilla and a couple pints while responding to emails and writing copy all day!

And did I mention the staff? Hands-down some of the most amazing people. They really take care of folks. Top-notch customer service can sometimes be hard to come by in Finland, but these folks are total pros. I’ve had the pleasure of getting to know most of them fairly well during my many visits to Finland, and they are truly the most fun and welcoming bunch. Extra shout-outs to Sami, Tapio, and Joni, who are the guys I most frequently see over there.

The area was lacking in competition, basically the only worthwhile place for beer has been Pien Shop after Sori Taproom closed. But look no further, the best finnish breweries have joined together to bring you this contemporary taproom. 26 taps, a wide variety of bottles and accompanied by some bar snacks. Board games, check, although I'm seeing a very limited set. It is a bit noisy, a lot of hard surfaces. The interior sings high quality and there is a lot of art related to founding breweries and a "Tired uncle corner". The terrace is along a heavily trafficked road, but it does get some sun in the afternoon. And obiously, you can buy to go. A beer bar for those who like craft beer. An excellent selection of beers from several Finnish craft breweries. Many of the beers are not available elsewhere in Helsinki, as the batches are often small and usually sold directly from the breweries.

You can find tables and corners styled according to the brand of the participating micro breweries.

If you get hungry, there is a nice snacks menu and a few options for a slightly bigger hunger as well.

A must-see for any beer enthusiast visiting Helsinki. You won't easily find these beers elsewhere.
