I have yet to taste as great a garlic sauce as the one they have at Kebab House. The döner is likely one of the best there is in Finland, but it is really the sauces that make this place stand out from the rest. Kebab is the real stuff too, and you can see them shaving the meat strips to your plate.
Kebab House also serves pizza and pasta. They offer a good selection at their salad table, with olives, cacık (tsatsiki) and turşu (pickled vegetables) being some of the more outstanding choices.
Portions are generous, and more often than not I end up taking half of my dish back home. This is a mixed blessing for the prices do seem high for a lunch, yet you almost certainly could eat twice with the amount of food they serve you.
The menu includes a few vegetarian dishes, with falafel being the most popular choice among them.
The service is quick and friendly (although one of the usual faces does give a grumpy goblin vibe. He is a legend.)
Kebab House does have a authentic Turkish feel to it, something which you can see and hear. The music may not be to everyone's taste thought.
If you are visiting them the first time, try their texmex pizza with two of their sauces. Hot taco couples well with either garlic or bernaise, but it can be very spicy depending on the chilis they used. (The half of the pizza which you could in theory force yourself to eat will make a good calzone...
