Seoul Good Hansakortteli — Restaurant in Turku sub-region

This place is a mix of Chinese and Korean dishes with some Western add-ons. The flavours are decidedly adapted to Finnish (?) customs instead of keeping them authentic. The stir-fries were smooth but lacked an edge and character (including the spicy beef) and were also very oily. Unfortunately, I had to skip the fried chicken but a friend rated them 'ok' (authentic coating would use potato or corn starch, here it is wheat). The highlights for me were the kimchi and kimchi & tofu soup.

I compare this to the other restaurants I've visited in my home country with large Korean (and Chinese) populations who are able to use traditional methods and import authentic ingredients.

Food was amazing! I think maybe even too cheap for what you get. I really like even the penalty for eating food if you take too much and don't eat it. After staying in Turku Finland for over a week I found this place. Oh my I'm heartbroken I didn't find it sooner. 13.50 all you can eat buffet of quality delicious food with drinks included. Very friendly staff. Would recommend to anyone who's looking for authentic Korean cuisine. I think I'll be here everyday for the rest...
