The manager of this place was incredibly rude. After a very long day of travelling, and after having dinner at another local restaurant, we arrived here and just wanted a glads of wine and to relax. We went to stand at the bar and we're seemingly ignored. We weren't sure on the etiquette of the place so after being ignored we assumed we were to sit down before being served. In doing that a man, who appeared to be the owner/manager then came over and essentially said that we were very rude in just sitting down and that he would not serve us a drink and that the place was only for eating (there were lots of people with just drunks!). After this we then left feeling incredibly embarrassed as other customers watched on. It was horrible and not a very nice start to our holiday! If you want friendly service, this is...

Food was horrible. Polenta wasn't smooth and creamy it was very grainy. Ordered French onion soup which was just a plate filled with unseasoned water and a wafer of cheese, didn't live up to what I was expecting. The burgers ordered were crumbly and the bacon in them very soggy not crisp. The staff is plain rude and argumentative when you tell them you did not like the food. The woman at the bar taking payments is aggressive and argumentative and has no manners, the woman was talking back to us and had an attitude from the get go despite us being polite, she then proceeded to slam down the card reader at me and roll her eyes. Customer service in this place is non existent ,would not recommend going here at all. If you want a nice meal there are definitely other places where there is edible and nice food and...

I visited this place on a Saturday night with a group of friends, expecting a fun night out. Unfortunately, the experience was a letdown from start to finish.

Slow and unfriendly service: Our server took ages to take our orders, and when I asked for a refill on my drink, it took over 20 minutes to arrive. Overpriced and mediocre drinks: The cocktails were pricey and lacked flavor. The beer selection was limited, and the glasses were small. Uncomfortable atmosphere: The music was too loud, making conversation difficult. The seating was cramped, and the decor felt dated. Poor management: When we complained about the issues, the manager was unapologetic and dismissive.

Overall, they failed to deliver on service, quality, and atmosphere. Unless they revamp their approach, I'd advise others to...

I GOT FOOD INTOXICATED after having dinner at this restaurant. I ordered a fondue the evening of 26/04/24 and when I got back to the hotel I started to experience intoxication symptoms and later on 39 degrees of fever. I have been like this for 4 days and the hotel reception almost called the ambulance. Not only I suffered this situation but I also lost my ski week. BY NO MEANS GO TO THIS RESTAURANT. I will be waiting for the manager explanation about this incident. I WILL CONTACT THE NATIONAL HEALTH AUTHORITIES SO THEY CHECK IF THIS PLACE IS FOLLOWING THE MINIMUM CLEANING AND HEALTH RULES. This is the first time ever that I experience something similar. DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU WANT TO ENJOY YOUR WEEK AT TIGNES

A very lovely place with excellent attention and service. The pizzas and the calzone are highly recommended and truly delicious. However, I wouldn’t suggest ordering the onion soup, as it bears no resemblance to the traditional recipe. It’s less than a cup of liquid, and in my case, it was also served cold. It costs €18.50, and for what it is, it’s not worth it. My recommendation is to go for the pizzas and the calzone—you won’t regret it!
