The worst service ever, one of the worst waitress I have encountered, they make us wait unnecessarily with a terrible attitude. We arrived waited for 15 minutes with no menu, we ask for a menu and to place an order, and this girl, she was French with a dark hair on a pony tail, told us that we were very rude and we were going to wait. A French friend of us who was next to the waitress heard her to say to others to let us wait for 10 minutes before taking an order, and she checked her phone till the 10 minutes has passed. It is not the place it used to be. On top of that it is very expensive, they are other options nearby. My advice don’t go till they change that...

The staff is immature and inexperienced. There doesn’t seem to be any front-of-house manager who oversees the service. I ordered a pain bagnat (in which I struggled to find any tuna, and it was drowned in mayonnaise) and a coke which the waitress dropped as she was trying to open it with one hand. Half the coke ended up on my jumper and trousers. She just swore and didn’t say sorry or tried to help me and walked away. I had to go and sort myself out in the bathroom, then wipe the coke off the table with napkins. Awful service. Awful customer service by the manager or whoever he was (the mousey looking dark haired guy). I was charged twice and they refused to give me a receipt. When I went back to show them I'd been charged by my bank I was shouted out the shop by the manager and had the police threatened on me infront of the full shop. Most embarrassing behaviour I've ever seen from a person. Also some of the French girls were pretty rude on another visit, laughing at my friend. 0/10 would not recommend, taking your money elsewhere and put these scammers out...
