Everything was going okay, the pizzas are alright, very thin crispy and very doughy pizzas

The issue came when we went to order deserts, we went with the blueberry pie. When the pie came we were very excited to tuck in. When we had our first mouthful, we were disgusted, our mouths were on fire with garlic with an essence of cooked snails.

When we went to complain the waiter eluded to the chef playing a trick on the staff, we complained further and they took the garlic tasting desert from our menu.

We were slightly confused because we had been served garlic tasting blueberry pie and the chef had admitted to contaminating the pie with garlic.

Imagine having a blueberry pie with garlic stuffed inside and then absolutely no remorse

The service was pleasant but left a lot to be desired. We asked for a pizza without onions and peppers - our son is a picky eater and it’s a pain but other restaurants seem to manage. His pizza came with LOTS of onions on. We told the waitress immediately and she said tough, we won’t change it. In all the places we’ve eaten in the world, this is the first that refused to correct their own mistake. The adults had the Raclet. It was lovely but lots of cheese left, elsewhere we’ve asked to take the cheese and been allowed, here the waitress claimed “you can’t have it for sanitary reasons” let’s face it, that’s utter rubbish and they wanted it for fondues for other customers. I don’t consider myself a particularly picky person but I have never been treated with such disrespect. Not only do you have to pay 5 extra euros if you are to share a dish but you also have to consider that the food is terrible. We were forced to get a second dish by the waiter who was truly inappropriate to my boyfriend. We shared the Mac and cheese and a pizza and I think the picture speaks for itself, we couldn’t force ourselves to finish it.
