We'll start with some positives...|It's 20m walk to the slope.|The kitchen was functional and well equipped.|There is a sizable ski locker.||Generally the apartment is quite small, old and dingey, though I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for and in that sense I didn't mind this for the low price.||HOWEVER:|- bed bugs|- awful beds not fit for purpose|- poor service from reception|- locked the ski lockers early leaving us with no shoes for the night||On arrival late at night we had to walk about 15 minutes to collect the key from an obscure location.||After trekking 15mins to collect the key, the attendant then had no idea about how to get our bed linen despite us phoning earlier in the day to say we required it.|Consequently we had to spend the first night without any bed sheets under some old blankets which was pretty disgusting. One of our party woke up covered in bites and bed bugs were seen. In the morning reception would have nothing to do with the bed linen issue and eventually we found somewhere external to hire bed linen from. Unfortunately this didn't actually fit the size of the beds.||Which leads me on to the beds themselves... they were APPALLING. The mattress and bed frame was so old and worn that it was like sleeping in a 'V' shape. We had to put the mattresses on the floor for a marginally better nights sleep.||On returning to the apartment from a long day of skiing for 18:55hrs the door to the ski lockers had already been locked 5 minutes early... and with all our shoes inside. We were left with no shoes for the night and there was no one to call to resolve the issue.||I could go on more than I have but overall our experience was pretty poor and I would...
Read moreThis is the worst hotel i’ve been to all of my life. The windows are leaking cold air inside + none of the radiators work which makes it uncomfortably cold throughout the appartment. Everything in the kitchen looks like it has been trown in by a 5-year old and if you want a bath guess what, you have to hold the showerhead yourself because it has no holder. On top of that, the madresses are so old that they get flat when you lay on them, so you are basically laying on the wooden board underneath. ||||As its time for us to leave, we get told by the receptionist that we could store our luggage in the basement. 4 hours later now the reception is closed. And then comes a serviceman and throws us out. And all the storage sites are only open from 8-10 and then again from 16-18. so now we're trapped for 2.5 hours with 10 people's luggage outside in the cold.||||Would never recommend this hotel to anyone, not even my...
Read moreThe accommodation itself is okay and was sufficient.. nothing fancy or anything by any means. But on the morning of our flight we slept in and were rushing out the door and so two French men proceeded to try charge us money because our apartment wasn’t clean. (We thought it was in reasonable condition and we actually went back in and cleaned more because of the rush we were in). They threatened to fight us for the money and call the police. What happened was a disgrace and we effectively got robbed as we were forced to pay because we had to leave for our flight which they knew we were running late for. I just want to warn any young vulnerable people to beware of staying in this hotel.... ||ps they first tried to force us to hand over 600 euros and we ended up giving 100 euros because that was all the cash we had. I’m still in shock at the treatment we have received because of the...
