Creative, elegant, perfection. This is by far the best meal we have had over several visits to France. The fish course was cooked precisely to a point where the texture and tastes of the fish and the accompanying ingredients coalesced into a mélange of wonderful flavors. Every coarse was exquisite and elegantly presented. The sommelier was very knowledgeable and steered us toward a more appropriate wine choice with our dinner than what we had originally proposed. That a meal of this level of quality and sophistication can come from the small and clean kitchen is nothing...

A little bit disappointed ! Very beautiful restaurant, all tableware are nice ！we were the last client (we booked 1:30) I believed the food should be good…….the table next us had one piece fish which looks very nice…(I were so excited that I order same thing…..)but I got several pieces overcooked and too salty…….

Thx god that chef calling! That made me feel good coz he really has passion for his restaurant and his cooking Not just a tourist restaurant! I would love to visit again with my daughter and of course we will pay! But I don’t when! Thx...

Choral is a charming little neighborhood restaurant tucked away from the busy tourist spots — and absolutely worth the detour. The food is outstanding, beautifully and thoughtfuly prepared, and is served by genuinely friendly people.
