Good service, great food. Everyone at our table enjoyed their order. I had their white wine mussels, the portion was too big for me to finish alone so it's great if you have a big appetite after walking around the city. Others at the table ordered veal liver, fish and chips, and a beef steak in red wine sauce. All our meals came with home fries which I usually don't love but these ones were made in house and were delicious! Definitely recommend this pub even if it's just for a dessert or a drink!

The food was good.I didn't like the pizza as the top was too thin but it was tasty. The lemonade was good,as was the beer.I would have liked if the fish and chips were crispier but it was ok.The hosts were very friendly and helped us with lots of recommendations. The dessert was the best part of the experience. Overall it was an enjoyable experience.

Great little pub/restaurant. Great beers! Especially liked the Duval 666. Would have loved to have tried the stronger ones but couldn’t have had two! Staff are friendly and attentive. We only had the bolognaise pizza and ice cream but both were amazing, especially the pizza which was thin and crispy. Fabulous!!

En- We were a group of five. When entering the restaurant, the waiter showed us a table for lunch (at 2pm) and I told him we we're not sur if we were going to eat (it's a pub after all). He said that it wasn't a problem and said that we could sit anyway. So we end up ordering some drinks and I was still deciding what I was going to eat. Then comes this waitress asking us to leave the premises if we're not going to eat (??? I was deciding). I explain to her that I specifically told the first waiter that we were not sure if we're going to eat but she said it didn't matter. So yes, we ended up being expelled at 2pm for not ordering food in 10 min. Worst...

Nice outdoor seating right in the heart of the old village of Annecy - a great place to watch passerby. This place seems to be very popular - any night in Annecy you'll find a large crowd here both inside and outside. The inside continues on much further than one might expect. The walls are lined with bottles of liquor - they do boast over 300 different types of whiskey. You must ask for a separate menu to see the whiskeys - they are ridiculously overpriced even for Europe, though.

The beer cocktails were lovely at 5 euros a piece - I tried the one with warsteiner, orange liqueur, and picon and was definitely not disappointed. There's another one with white wine that's quite good as well.

Pizzas - absolutely terrible. Too thin - so thin that they burned the edges - all of them. The tomatoes on my Margherita pizza were undercooked. There's also a Flammekeuche which is apparently a specialty from Alsace - also very thin crust, nearly the same as the other pizzas in terms of being burnt at the perimeter. The onion and combination was interesting, though. Ordered some fries to get out the taste of the terrible pizzas and those were in large portion and pretty great. Would come here just for the ambiance and the beer cocktails, but be careful about how much you're paying for what.

Service is nice but very difficult to get a hold of to pay and such. There's an extra charge for using credit cards due to the exchange rate so try to use...

This is one of the worst pubs I have ever been to. Total tourist trap. The hostess got passive aggressive with me and my husband after we told her that we want only drinks, refused to let us in (if you want to drink - you are only allowed to sit outside). It was not even a dinner or a busy time.

With raised eyebrows we still agreed to stop for a drink there, even though at this point our intuition told us to leave.

The "beer cocktail" le petit mousse (that left me with a blue tongue after the first sip- full of artificial coloring and god knows which chemicals) and an overpriced beer (€7 for 0.5l ) we got two different bills from two different waiters. We payed both of them, overpaying, because apparently, the waiter #1 couldn't substract "10 - 8,40" correctly - they didn't bring us the correct change.

After the second bill came out from a different waiter (no bad feelings towards him, he was THE ONLY friendly waiter during our "fantastic experience", and it seems that he was pressured to act like that by the management - we could see that he is a nice guy), we just couldn't do anything but laugh.

Do not go there, unless you want to feel awkward...
