We don't recommend this restaurant I went with my parents senior citizens waiter was on a rush since we arrived he told us we could not sit and then he sat us in the place then we ordered food and he gave us the wrong order three instead of two plates. My parents always share because they don't.eat much anymore. Then when we told him he waved his hand with the plate and spilled the soda glass he said he would replace it he didn't come back my mom called him and asked him for.the soda and he was rude said he did not have a reason to replace it then he came back with a bottle and banged it on the table and said he would replace it and I tried calling him out on it and he said if we did not like the service we could leave but that I had to pay the bill. I asked another waiter about the bill and she went with me to the cashier and helped me I placed my complaint with the cashier he even wet my pants. While I was placing my complaint he came back to argue and I told him I wasn't going to talk to him he said I was rude I told him no you have been rude since we arrived. Read moreI just got refused a table, because I didn't want to seat next to some guests. I was the only one. I kindly asked to more private, so waiter pointed to the very last table outside where people passing banging it because its so crowdy outside. Are they even aware that maybe someone has personal or mental health issues or depression so they do not really want to be seated next to the people i don't know. Restaurant was empty. Only 1 couple outside, inside 1 couple and this is where the waiter wanted me to be seated. And just to be clear. I didn't ask to be seated on the biggest table because it's comfortable( i know people tend to do this) What a shame. Big shame. Money most important, just across the Saint Basilica. Discrimination of individuals. What a difference would be if they would seat me at the table for 2 or even 4, I would stay there just probably half an hour...
Read moreDuring my visit to Restaurant L’Ermitage, I was really impressed with the experience. You have a choice of 2 different 3-course meals, both which were very reasonably priced, offering great value without compromising on quality. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the whole meal even more enjoyable.
I especially loved that you can help yourself to as much salad as you like for starters—it was fresh, tasty, and a great way to start the meal. Each course was well-prepared and flavorful, and the atmosphere of the restaurant was relaxed and inviting. Overall, it’s a lovely spot for a satisfying, reasonably priced meal with attentive service....
