Crok'panda — Restaurant in Arles

Visited Arles and was hungry for a late lunch. After being declined at another restaurant who said we wouldn't be able to find any other restaurants serving hot food at 3pm time, we stopped here and asked the owner. She was friendly and welcoming. We were the only ones in there and sat outside. The food was served super quickly considering she was the sole worker and owner. I didn't eat inside because it felt a little cramped but being outside was great, menus were in French or English. Coming from San Francisco where there are impeccable Asian restaurants, this did not disappoint. It was nice to finally find an Asian restaurant in the small villages we were staying at. So this was a comfort to find. One of us got the formula lunch menu of the day with fried spring rolls with pork, and a braised pork and I ordered a Korko stew with shrimp. AVOID THIS RACIST RESTAURANT AT ALL COST!! The lady serving us was super rude and racist to Asians (which is ironic given that she’s Asian as well🙄️). She treated us horribly but was super nice to others. She told us (almost yelling) that she’s finishing her shift but after some other customers arrived she greeted them and served them (very nicely obviously)

Also horrible hygiene environment, the menu is so dirty i cannot imagine what kind of food is being cooked in this restaurant. So we ended up not ordering because we’re afraid that we might get food poisoning.

There was one woman and she seemed super stressed, but that doesn't make it better, that she decided to give me uncooked noodles in basically cold sauce and even had the audacity to tell me these are "special" fried noodles. And in the end even almost didn't give me the correct amount of money back. I usually don't write these things, but this was definitely the worst restaurant experience I ever had, couldn't even call it desaster, but downright shameless. I should've walked out after the first bite. Hope I will not get stomachaches. She should've just told me she couldnt make noodles right now because she was stressed not do...
