Definition of a tourist trap! Avoid at all costs......ate lunch here June 2018 and had the worst dining experience in my 40 years of traveling and the only bad meal during my 3 week vacation in France. I ordered the linguine langostine and it was inedible. The sauce had zero flavour. I ate the shrimps out of the dish and left the pasta almost untouched. I didn't send the dish back to the kitchen but did mention to the waiter in French that the dish had zero flavour and was not edible. He never offered an apology nor offer to replace the meal. ( I've worked as a restaurant server and I would have offered an apology and a replacement dish) Then too top off this fiasco they presented the full tab for my meal and then sarcastically bid me a "Bon Journee" as I paid for the meal. So fair warning to all ( I should have trusted my tourist trap instinct before I even looked at the menu but we were hungry at the time so I thought how bad can it be...)

As much as I like cold pizza the next day, I hate cold pizza that sat under a heat lamp for 15 minutes until it was brought out. If you choose to eat gère in the evening you will have the joy of watching an expert pizza maker create your pizza before your eyes. Then he will set it under a heat lamp where it cools. The pizza itself is decent. Nothing tremendous, but also not a negative. Priced at €15 euro, it’s fine. The worst part? They have find in and delivery but you cannot take away. That includes your cold pizza. Stay away.

I had a meal here with an EF Tour. It was by far the best meal of the trip. It was a pre-plated chicken cordon bleu with potatoes and green beans. The chicken was just ok but the potatoes and green beans were outstanding. Service was quick and efficient.

For the location of my table, the food & wine I ordered, and the service I received, it was 5 -star. No complaint. I had an outdoor table facing the Cafe la nuit at an angle that just like the Van Gogh painting. Their Wine by glass selection included great stuff from nearby wine region included a famous CdP (if you know, you know :)) I ordered the special of today & a local dish: Gardianne de taureau w/ Puiz de carmargue (bull stew & carmargue rice that grown in the region). The meat was tender like a well made beef stew with lots of local herbs flavor. Rice was Al dente perfect for mixing with the stew. Love it! From my tour group, a few of them dined there to and ordered pizza which they claimed was...

absolute terrible.. if you decide to go and spend some of your hard earned savings on a good meal and wine, definitely go somewhere else. most of it was ok. but when it came to the main meal, it was 27.50 steak, it was so chewy. firstly undercooked, then asked to be cooked to order, but sadly it was a bad piece of steak. the main problem was they argued about it, that it was how it was, and i didn't know what i was taking about.. If it's inedible, it's inedible, If they had just accepted it, we would have ordered more and drank more, but because they were so arrogant about it, we just paid and left. which left us to write this review....
