A Mediterranean Culinary Journey under the Arles Sun This summer, a little corner of the Mediterranean blossomed in the sunshine of Arles, in the shadow of the majestic arena. A new restaurant, inspired by the flavours of Lebanon, has established itself as a veritable ode to conviviality, southern gastronomy and joie de vivre. Founded by a group of passionate siblings, supported by their close friends and fiancées, this establishment is much more than just a place to eat: it's a sensory experience, where each dish seems to be an invitation to share, exchange and celebrate. From the moment you enter, the warm, sunny décor transports you to the shores of the Mediterranean, between Arles and Beirut. But it's on the plate that the magic really happens. The flavours are just right, perfectly balanced, and every mouthful exudes authenticity and love for a well-crafted product. One of the must-tries is the soft, fragrant pitas, the perfect accompaniment to the creamy hummus, which is both delicate and generous. These two elements alone are worth the diversions. The courgette fritters, crispy on the outside and melt-in-the-mouth on the inside, capture the essence of Mediterranean cuisine: simple, tasty and full of freshness. As for the goat-honey tartines, they play on a subtle combination of sweetness and character, perfectly balanced for an explosion of flavours on the palate. A real pleasure for the taste buds, that we hope will never end. The wine list (AOC Alpilles Bios, or from Lebanon via Domaine Ixsir) also reflects the restaurant's image: affordable and convivial. The low prices are an invitation to discover and share the local nectars, the wines of the region which, in the heat of summer, become veritable partners in a feast. It's a pleasure to toast with friends while savouring these sun-drenched dishes. Finally, beyond the dishes, what strikes you here is the atmosphere. You can feel that this restaurant was born out of a story of friendship and family, and this alchemy can be felt in the warm welcome, the attentive service, and the desire to do well, quite simply. This place is a celebration of life, friendship and the love of simple, sincere pleasures. In short, this Mediterranean restaurant is a great success. If you're passing through Arles, don't miss the chance to sit down at this culinary haven of peace, where the Mediterranean, in all its splendour, invites itself onto your plate. A place where taste, conviviality and generosity are the order of the day, for an authentic and...

Read moreAmazing restaurant. 5 Brothers running an Algerian middle eastern French fusion restaurant. One of the nicest meals we have had in France and great prices. Directly in front of Arles Colleseum , the service was fantastic and they fitted us in as a big family. Wonderful fresh ingredients are a breath of fresh air when you can feel surrounded by a world of steak frites. This is also the best coffee we have had in France. They have a proper coffee machine and know how use it. Iyad our waiter speaks fluent English and was amazing. We are coming back for our coffee in the...
