Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Arrondissement of Nanterre

The worst customer service ever! They had an offer you buy one you get the second for free on uber eats! We orderd and we got only one! We contacted them and they did nothing! Will never go to that place again! And the worst thing, we told them that this is the last time we come here, they did not care at all! Zero customer service!

To answer their reply :

They said the offer is on three pizzas! How can we know that if they do not mention it? Other restaurants mention that this offer is only applicable on these items only! And we contacted uber eats and showed them that nothing is said about what items in the offer, only buy one get one for free! We understand that mistakes happen! Que dire de ce pseudo « restaurant » ?

Qualité du service exécrable, employés aux allures de racailles qui viennent de sortir de la prison de Nanterre, pas d'éducation, notions de politesse inexistantes...

« Je tiens à vous rassurer que toute l'équipe est professionnelle et bien formée. » On serait curieux de savoir où cette équipe « professionnelle » et « bien formée » à été formée ? Pas dans une école d’hôtellerie restauration, mais au grec du coin sûrement. Quoique, on est mieux accueilli au grec.

Enfin bref, en ce qui concerne la nourriture, rien d'étonnant c’est du bas de gamme mais bon, c’est un peu normal c’est Pizza Hut. Toute fois, je trouve leurs pizza excessivement grasses et à moitié cuites comparées à un autre grand concurrent d’une autre chaîne de pizzeria (qui est d’ailleurs beaucoup plus professionnelle et qui a un véritable sens du service pour ses clients).

Première et dernière fois que j’ai affaire à ce Pizza Hut d’amateurs incapables.
