Stay away from this cafe. The positive reviews cannot possibly be real. By far the worst experience we’ve had in France. We typically know better than to visit tourist/Instagram traps like this because of gimmicky menus and bad products, but we were low on time and went in for a quick meal and coffee. The salmon bagel (Oslo) was absolutely disgusting. The salmon seemed old, the cream cheese tasted more like yogurt, the spinach was wilty with black edges (see attached picture), the cucumbers were almost liquid, and the bagel itself was very clearly pre-packaged. In France, a fresh bagel or pastry will be accessible for a great price, and there is no reason to pay a bad restaurant for pre-packaged garbage. I took one bite and threw the rest in the trash. A total waste of nearly ten euro. We also ordered coffee but were unfortunately given acidic, black water. Certainly the worst “coffee” we’ve had in France. There are loads of better choices in Avignon and if you can’t find one, I recommend just going hungry so that you can avoid this place. I wish I could give it zero stars.

OVERpriced and UNDERdelivered! When I’m paying (the outrageous price of) €3.50 for a cafe-latte, I expect it to be better than it was. 😔 I was actually lucky to have gotten the better barista, as I could hear the milk screaming as the next coffee was being made!! 🙉 (And would it hurt to care a little more about your appearance when serving the public?) On the UP-side, the cheesecake was good and the pecan pie looked great (tho’ I didn’t have any) - hence me giving TWO stars and not just ONE EDIT: Having visited TULIPE Café the following day, I would advise the baristas of MILK SHOP to go there, as they’ll see how to properly steam milk and make a better coffee

Cute little cafe with a really good selection of food and drink on their menu. I ordered the Oslo: a smoked salmon bagel with cream cheese and cucumbers. The bagel was light and fluffy, and everything was delicious. My husband ordered a Kinder Bueno milkshake which he enjoyed. The interior is nice and cosy, all very warm. The staff are extremely friendly. My husband left his wallet there and half an hour later it was still in safe hands. A big thank you to the staff. Will for sure recommend ☺️

There was 5 of us, we asked one of staff to help us with table and he said "find it yourself"

In our party of 5 there was 1 pregnant and one disabled

We got 5 brunches at €18 each which inc juice, which was bottled and not fresh. 1 patisserie, which varied from a large slice of cheesecake, muffins or a small ramakin sized micuit, a toast cream cheese salmon or bacon. The coffee which was served in a takeaway cup

I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone, unless you like purely manufactured stuff, but at which point you may as well go to McDonald’s and...
