Fatalna obsługa, chaos i brak profesjonalizmu – omijać szerokim łukiem!

Dzisiejsza wizyta w tej restauracji to totalne rozczarowanie. Zamówiliśmy kolację w formule przystawka + danie główne za 29 €. Do tego pół karafki wina. Brzmi prosto? Niestety, obsługa nie poradziła sobie nawet z tak podstawowym zamówieniem.

👉 Przystawka – katastrofa: Po 10 minutach dostałem zupełnie inne danie niż zamawiałem (burratę zamiast sera St. Marcelina). Zgłosiłem to od razu, ale potem… czekałem 40 minut głodny, podczas gdy moja żona zjadła swoją przystawkę. Kelnerzy kompletnie to zignorowali. Gdy w końcu kelnerka się pojawiła, z rozbrajającą bezczelnością zapytała, czy „nie smakują mi pomidory z burratą”. Dopiero wtedy usłyszałem, że moje zamówienie… dostał ktoś inny i „już zjadł”. Żenujące!

👉 Danie główne: Poprosiłem, by od razu podano mi danie główne. Smak w porządku, ale porcje śmiesznie małe – nijak nieadekwatne do ceny.

👉 Rachunek – kolejny skandal: Kelnerka obiecała, że nie doliczy przystawki, której nie dostałem. Ostatecznie policzyli mi pełną cenę dania głównego z karty (24 €), a nie proporcjonalnie w ramach oferty (29 € za zestaw). Ewidentne naciąganie klienta.

👉 Obsługa: Kelnerka była arogancka, niemiła i roszczeniowa, a cała sala wyglądała jak w stanie permanentnego chaosu. I nie był to incydent tylko u mnie – klient przy sąsiednim stoliku czekał pół godziny na lampkę koniaku (!).

Podsumowanie: To miejsce to kpina z klienta. Brak organizacji, brak szacunku, brak podstawowej uczciwości. Strata czasu, pieniędzy i nerwów. Szczerze – najgorsza obsługa, z jaką miałem do czynienia od lat.

Nie polecam i odradzam każdemu, kto ceni swój czas i pieniądze

Notre dîner dans ce restaurant a été une véritable déception. Nous avions commandé une formule entrée + plat à 29 €, accompagnée d’un demi pichet de vin. Simple en apparence ? Pourtant, le personnel n’a même pas été capable de gérer une commande aussi basique.

👉 Entrée – catastrophe : Au bout de 10 minutes, on m’a servi un plat totalement différent de celui que j’avais commandé (une burrata au lieu du fromage St. Marcelin grillé). Je l’ai signalé immédiatement… mais j’ai attendu 40 minutes, affamé, pendant que ma femme terminait son entrée. Les serveurs ont totalement ignoré la situation. Quand la serveuse est enfin revenue, elle a eu l’audace de me demander si « les tomates avec la burrata ne me plaisaient pas ». J’ai alors appris que mon plat avait été servi… à quelqu’un d’autre, qui l’avait déjà mangé. Une honte !

👉 Plat principal : J’ai demandé qu’on m’apporte directement le plat principal. Correct au goût, mais portion ridiculement petite – absolument pas en rapport avec le prix.

👉 Addition – un scandale de plus : La serveuse m’avait assuré qu’on ne me facturerait pas l’entrée non servie. Résultat : on m’a compté le prix du plat principal à la carte (24 €), et non pas le prix proportionnel dans la formule (29 €). Une arnaque manifeste.

👉 Service : La serveuse était arrogante, désagréable et hautaine, et toute la salle baignait dans un chaos permanent. Et je n’étais pas un cas isolé : le client à la table voisine a attendu 30 minutes pour un simple verre de cognac (!).

Conclusion : Cet endroit est une véritable insulte au client. Désorganisation totale, absence de respect et d’honnêteté. Une perte de temps, d’argent et de nerfs. Honnêtement – le pire service auquel j’ai eu affaire depuis des années.

Je déconseille vivement cet établissement à quiconque tient à son temps et...

Went yesterday early evening. Had a table for two outside. The place opens at 6:30 on a Sunday and we popped back to the hotel to change into something warmer for the chilly evening. By the time we arrived at 6:40, the place was packed. Luckily we got a table. They were turning away lots of people without reservations but outside seating is first come first served. Great initiative menu. I went for the set “formula” menu. Bread and tapenade came for free as well as a bottle of still water. I ordered the chive and walnut salad with pomegranate. It was the right size and delicious flavour. For mains I have the cerviche in a cauliflower curry. This was like a mild runny shrimp korma served in a paper wrapping. Amazing! My partner had the Chicken tagine. This was nice flavour but had way too many garden peas. Desert was Crème Brûlée and an Apple Tart. Amazing again! All washed down with a carafe of red. It’s a nice buzzy little place, very popular so book if you want to get a table but bookings are...

Very weird, had the braised lamb shank which wasn't cooked badly but had no sauce just grease and lots of dried herbs piled onto it which were too strong and bitter. Sides were greasy potatoes and "vegetable gratin" which was a microwaved mini vegetarian lasagne which came with all dishes, with more dried herbs rather than fresh. Was expecting a lot more for 20 euro just for one dish. My girlfriend had a steak for 16 euro which was tough and overdone and came with the same greasy microwaved vegetables smothered in dried herbs. The waitress seemed nice but genuinely confused as to why we didn't enjoy the food which seemed obvious to me considering the calibre of food in the area.
