Horrible customer service. As we arrived and saw an empty terrace (there was only one customer) we sat on a comfy sofa (outside terrace), only for a member of staff to tell us without even saying "hi" (we are French so we would have noticed a "bonjour"), in a somewhat agressive tone, that we could not seat here (without telling us why or where we could seat). There was no sign anywhere that we could not seat here. I asked where we could seat (as the terrace was empty) and he said "just not here"). The only customer who was there told us that the man was hanging light bulbs and that we should probably choose a seat far from where the member of staff was hanging its lights bulbs. 1 heure pour attendre le plat principal !! Sans explications, sans excuses, sans regrets. Vous passez et repassez devant nous sans rien nous dire, vous nous ignorez. Puis, vous apportez des plats que nous n avions pas commandé. Au règlement, aucun regret, même pas un mot gentil d excuse que nous aurions très gentillement accepté. Je vous fais alors part de ma réserve sur un ton neutre et factuel sur le fait que, au moins, vous auriez pu offrir le verre de vin que j avais pris. Vous me répondez alors mon absence de sympathie ??? Je vous retourne alors la critique. Vous accusez vos cuisiniers de cette attente. (Il faut 10 minutes pour faire une escalope de veau panée). Il suffisait de dire a vos cuisiniers que ces préparations étaient prioritaires pour des clients qui attendent depuis 1 h !!
