This was a regular (daily?) stop for us on our recent visit to Bayeux. Their selection of bread and pastry was excellent, with both classic pastries and local creations. One of the most interesting reminded me of an individual croquembouche; small choux pastry ball filled with a sweet cream, covered in a hardened blond caramel that had a light crunch. Very nice!

The bread and sandwiches are also excellent. Though the choice of sandwiches goes down after about 1pm as they are all fresh.
Service was super and cheerful (they humoured my desire to use my somewhat imperfect French).
