Crêperie Bleue de Toi — Restaurant in Bayonne

After a brilliant trip to the aquarium we felt really let down by this place. The waiter was uninterested in welcoming us, taking our order or making sure we had everything. A party of 6 people, he arrogantly attempted to remember our order of drinks and crepes instead of writing it down. Inevitably he got it wrong. The chai latte that I ordered came luke warm and with lumps of unstirred mix in it. My father never received his crêpe and it was impossible to get the waiters attention as he was too busy having a chat with his friends inside. Crêpes were priced as you'd expect but €5 for my latte was a bit cheeky! We all felt as if we were an inconvenience...

Very bad experience. They refuse to serve us. We were two families with 4 children (8 people). Free tables, but they told us they have no capacity. We didn’t insist on serving crepes in the same time for everybody to make it easier to cook/owner, we even ask to make crepes only for children, and adults can have drinks only, but answer was: “no drink without meal..” ??? You should consider another creperie in Biaritzz with better attitude customer service. Meybe you will find something in your meal because cook doesn’t like you ( or you will not...

Highly disappointed with quality of the food. Tried the pancakes thinking it cannot be bad to order crepes in a French crêperie. For the prices I‘d expect a bit of gourmet taste and high quality ingredients. Completely the opposite - totally tasteless and dry, borderline to being burned! The ham and cheese must have been from the nearby supermarket. Same applies to the drinks, their lemonade tasted like a fake sprite from Lidl. Cannot recommend, although the place was full...
