We had a wonderful experience at Creperie Sarrasin this evening. We were fortunate to meet Kevin and were welcomed despite not having made a reservation (would recommend making one if you are able, but other groups without reservations were also sat). Service was great. You could tell both Kevin and the other front of house staff made great relationships with the customers. Food was outstanding, both sweet and savory crepes. The food is great, would recommend the food! I had high hopes coming to this place because of the reviews and my love for crepes and the food lived up to it! The service unfortunately did not. They had one person waitressing for the whole restaurant (in charge of seating people, taking orders, getting water, bringing food, cleaning up). So he ended up forgetting when I asked for the menu again (after I got one I had to get a second but the wait time for the second was just so long) and then got my order wrong. Première fois que j'allais dans cet endroit et ça sera la dernière ! A notre arrivée le patron nous a dit de rester là devant la porte, "Pas bougé ! "... comme des chiens ?. Une table était réservée depuis la veille. Une fois assis, après avoir essuyé une 1ère provocation et consulté le menu, le patron transpirait avec une tête bouffie (par l'alcool ?), dans un "état bizarre", d'un ton TRES agressif, nous a arraché la carte des mains avec "refus de servir des clients". Partez ! ... (Ce n'est pas une blague ) Expérience humiliante devant les clients présents....A notre sortie, face à la violence verbale manifeste, j'ai découragé des clients qui rentraient d'y aller...! Je déconseille vivement et continuerai de prospecter contre ce commerce, même devant des agents, je vais même me renseigner !!!. Un vrai traumatisme, Nous sommes allés manger & nous consoler dans un restaurant où le chef cuisinier, lui, a du étudier l'hôtellerie et la politesse . Pour toute autre question ou doute, je suis prêt à d'éventuelles question et peux vous mettre en relation avec la personne qui a réservé...!
