N.30 Cantine Urbaine — Restaurant in Bayonne

My husband and I moved to Biarritz 2 years ago from California ( lived there for about 40 years) we have been looking for a great burger 🍔 place, we have tried about a dozen different places and we have never really been able to find that special place. After our experience with No30 we can definitely declare that this is the ABSOLUTE BEST PLACE IN BIARRITZ 🇫🇷 The perfect bun!!!!! I normally only eat half of one but this one is so light and you don’t feel heavy, just super satisfied. The Chef and his lovely wife are so nice and welcoming, and their young son that is so nice and helpful so refreshing to see. THANK YOU FOR A GREAT...

We spent 5 days in Biarritz and visited this place twice. These are truly the best burgers we’ve ever had. Everything is freshly prepared, and the meat is fantastic! I usually have stomach issues because heavy food doesn’t sit well with me, but that wasn’t the case here either time – which shows how fresh everything is. The staff are also incredibly kind and attentive, which made the experience even better. When we come back to Biarritz, we will definitely stop by again. Until then, we’ll be dreaming of these...

Great little burger place just up from Les Halles market place, a two person affair, he cooks, she does front of house ..... friendly, super fresh ingredients, really great smash burgers etc: A Corona beer, a Coke, complimentry bottle of iced water, a great size burger each with all the trimmings, bowl of fresh rocket & crispy onion / salsa salad, bowl of Aeoli fries to share, super tasty, super efficient, all served in a stylish little building ....... for around 45 euros...
