Pottolo — Restaurant in Bayonne

OMG! What a hidden gem. Tucked away on a side street in Bayonne , France is a wonderful independently owned restaurant. The menu is small, but the dishes are made with a perfection of flavors that are thoughtfully planned. I had the quail with a sweet potato purée that hosted an array of flavors to delight the palette. For desert, we tried two: a chocolate mousse with sponge layer and other flavors and a pistachio tart with strawberries.
