Stayed several nights in Saint Romain and this became our 'local' for coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening before dinner. No food is offered but you can buy anything you want from the excellent boulangerie/patisserie across the road (hence the 5 stars for food), or the Casino supermarket next door, and eat it there. Great place to sit outside and people watch - some seats inside too. Great service - very helpful English-speaking waiters who were happy to...

I have been living close to Mersault for several months and I love this bar! Great guys , excellent service and warm smiles start a good many mornings for my dog and I ! Good wines , excellent coffee and superb kit Royale! I intend to have every Summer here and will miss La place when I leave Hope it’s around for...

Whilst staying in nearby Volnay, we dropped in to look around Mersault and found this little gem. Lovely bar, nice seating outside near the fountain, town hall and green and the staff are really friendly....
