L'Authentik — Restaurant in Bergerac

The service and atmosphere were very good. But the food was out of this world. I had the foie gras terrine for starters and I could have happily died afterwards. The main of duck magret was equally good. What really amazed me was the dessert. I got to try their goat cheese chantilly and ice-cream in a baklava style 'boat'. I have never tasted anything so good before. The serving staff was extremely pleasant and the head chef came to talk to us at the end of the meal and she was lovely .I will be back next...

My friends and I absolutely love this restaurant. Every time we visit Bergerac, we have to eat there. Great selection of fresh food. They cater for vegetarian too, and the menu changes frequently. The lady chef is lovely and very friendly and the staff are very professional too. I cannot praise this restaurant enough. I give this restaurant 10/10. Love love love it. Visited here yesterday whilst in Bergerac. Absolutely outstanding, from the excellent service to the delicious food which was fresh and so tasty I could have ordered another. Everything was perfect and we were well taken care of, prices were very reasonable for the quality of the dishes served.
