While the place and service was pleasant, the cheese fondue was not. The cheese and liquid were completely separated. We raised the issue with the waiter who apologized and took it back to the kitchen, only to come back with the same pot and a spoon. Stirring did not help. A second waiter told us that this is how they serve fondue in the region, which is not true from multiple previous experiences. A couple at the table over had the same issue, so my guess is that the chef doesn't know how to make fondue. Maybe bring some cornstarch with you if you plan on ordering the fondue.
