McDonald's — Restaurant in Bonneville

A McD between the mountains, it's fantastic, but unfortunately the service is not at the same level. On the first order, a burger was missing, and even after we made them aware of this, we had to go up to the counter again after 15 minutes to once again make them aware of the error, in order to get the burger. The portions are small compared to, for example, Denmark. When ordering the desserts, 1 M&M flurry, 2 Daim flurry and a Sundae, 4 Sundaes arrived. When asked at the counter, it was corrected, but not with a smile...

Wow, this has to be the worst Mc experience ever... Wrong items which we didn't order, items missing, crunchy buns, cold fries... you name it. Normally i'm not complaining quickly regarding food, especially McDonald's, but this was seriously bad. It has a typical winter atmosphere, while we were there in summer. That's ok, since it is a winter resort. Maybe in winter it is better, but during summer I would totally skip this restaurant since it has almost no customers which means bad quality of the food,...

Finally relented to the kids and stopped by McDonald’s while in Megève. While we weren’t expecting a McGourmet meal, the quality, something you usually can rely on, was terrible. Dry meat with stale bread and shriveled fries. The service wasn’t better. While not rude, they messed up the kids meal and had to explain a few times why. There’s room for competition here in Megève. Hope McDonald’s gets there act together or an alternative moves in like Shake Shack...
