AU P'TIT HANOI — Restaurant in Bordeaux

I’m so baffled. A read of reviews before this submissions made me feel like the poor quality meal I had last night was imagined. I ordered spicy basil beef but instead, I received a severely seasoned, brown coloured mixture of beef or uncertain freshness and onions severed with a twig of coriander on a lettuce leaf. The pricing was on the lower side but in my opinion you can get a better meal elsewhere for the money. We are renting a home in Bordeaux for a month and this little gem is where we go for a light, healthy, delicious change of pace. We’ve enjoyed many outstanding French restaurant meals, have brought in prepared food from the boucheries and markets as well as cooked a bit at home.
