Bimbao Restaurant — Restaurant in Bordeaux

Amazing food and service for the price ! Me and my friends are here on a trip and we visited this spot out of the blue and we have no regrets ! The server spoke decent enough English and was extremely nice and helpful with us.

We ordered the fired spring rolls and they came out very promptly, they were fried excellently and tasted great !

We also ordered the shrimp spring roll that wasn't fried and they were absolutely incredible, would order it again in a heartbeat !

I personally ordered the beef pho and the broth is rich and excellent, the noodles are the thicker variety rather than the thin ones more commonly seen in North America, but it paired very well !

If I were to ever return to Bordeaux I would come...

The dishes are delicious, and the pho soup tastes really really good. I like the meat balls in the soup very much, with a very fragrant meat flavor. And vietnam spring roll is also very delicious. It's my first time to eat this kind of food. The taste is wonderful, the skin is pleasantly chewy, and the shrimp wrapped in it is very fresh and tender. The waiter is also very nice and friendly, especially her ability to speak Mandarin has helped me a lot. A very surprising experience...

It was really cool to find Vietnamese food that suited to our taste. The bo bun was delicious, very rich in flavor, and not standard like bo bun in other French restaurants. Then the pad thai was also delicious, the egg also tasted more special. Today we came back for the second time, we were lucky to have the opportunity to try their new menu today. their new food was also very delicious.
