Au Bistrot in Bordeaux is nothing short of a culinary cathedral. The wines? Divine. The food? Transcendent. I don’t say this lightly, but the beef cheeks alone deserve a Nobel Prize—for literally putting me at peace with the world. Every bite was a masterclass in flavor, tenderness, and sheer joy.
