Read moreWe had the polpo and linguine vongole, both great. Linguine was on the slightly softer side but still had a good chew and mouthfeel, likely because they make their pasta fresh. Flavours were on point, sweet and briney from the clams, and the bottarga gives it an extra pop of umami and saltiness.
The polpo had great charred flavour as they cook it on a grill. Meat was tender, likely poached before going onto the grill. In terms of flavour it wasn’t overly exciting but still a good simple dish - mostly char, olive oil and salt.

I also had the mortadella which I mixed with my salad, I loved it. My wife got their version of focaccia pizza which was obviously their specialty. We sat outside, along the sidewalk where there was quite a bit of foot traffic passing through but it was cooler outside than inside. Great food all...
