Food han fondue chinoise 鼎燚自助火锅 — Restaurant in Bordeaux

One of the best meals I've had in Bordeaux. I've had hot pot all over the world, and this is one of the finest!

Extremely reasonable value for an all you can eat Chinese hot pot and bbq. Unlimited beef, lamb, chicken and seafood with a large variety of tofu and fresh vegetables. A very impressive variety of dipping sauces to mix and match.

I know they say u can't wear athleisure wear to dinner in France, but at a minimum, wear the stretchy pants.

We went for dinner and waddled back to our hotel STUFFED and satisfied.

The service was top notch, even though I didnt speak a lick of French. The entire staff was friendly, pleasant and accommodating and checked back with us multiple times throughout the meal.

If I was staying one more night in Bordeaux, I'd be back again tomorrow. I cant speak highly enough about this little gem. I hope u try it.

Tip: Don't forget to try the fresh noodle...

Cuisine exotique très agréable pour passer un bon moment en famille ou en couple autour d’un chabou 🧘‍♀️ zen. Le principe est de tremper légèrement vos morceaux de viande (agneau ou bœuf)🥩 avec des légumes 🍆 assortis dans un bouillon chaud 🥵 plusieurs formule de bouillon (épicé 🌶️, au poulet …etc) Vous composez vous même vos sauces . J ai opté pour les sauces sweet and sour rajouter vos ingrédients favori 🤩 ( un peu de sauce soja avec de l’oignon vert et du persil chinois un peu d’ail et de l’oignon frit) Une autre sauce : soyou avec huile plus oignon vert 🤢 persil chinois et ail 🧄) Le tour est joué. C'est la première fois que je mange une fondue chinoise. C'était très vraiment excellent, copieux et vraiment très original ! Le personnel était très accueillant, et a pris le temps d'expliquer comment cela fonctionnait, mais aussi d'expliquer quels étaient les aliments disponibles au buffet. Il y a aussi une machine à nouilles fraîches, elles sont excellentes. Cet établissement a ouvert il y a moins de 2 mois, d'où le peu d'avis. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés, il mérite largement...
