The food was very good. Atention can be improved. We went for have dinner there. One of as wanted to order a salad, because he wasn't feeling very well and the lactose was making him sick (although I don't think anyone should have to explain what they want to order in a restaurant). We were forced to order an maim course eventhough we explain the situation. Finally they accepted to letting us order if we ordered two starters. So it's only an economic criterion... We understand that 4 people can't share one fondue, but if at one table everyone orders a main dish and a person orders a salad, it's impolite to force him to order more food even if he doesn't want to. So even though the food was very good, we left with a bad feeling, as if we were trying to be rats because one person wants to eat a salad... We've been in other restaurants in France and we never had the same attitude, so I think is not true that is a french rule as the restaurant explains. We believe that reviews are constructive for consumers and for establishments. We hope this review is well understood because in other bad reviews the answer of the restaurant is really aggressive.
La comida estaba muy buena. La atecion es muy mejorable. Fuimos a cenar.
Read moreVery bad customer service The food was good but they give you the cheese hoping you will never finish it to use it again. We were group of 7 and ordered food for 7 , the manager kept spying on us and she came few times to tell us I saw you sharing the food. We thought she was joking at the beginning but then she became more aggressive. When we clarified the issue with her she was very rude and started shouting saying we are not allowed to share food with each other and eat like(pigs). We explained to her we never heard of this rule before and if it is about money we can pay any extra but she was extremely rude. We left and of course will never come back to a place where they serve food but not expect you to share or eat and after all...
Read moreWe have been to the restaurant named la raclatte in Bordeaux but it's now closed down. Found this one on tripadvisor and it's virtually the same as la raclatte in better surroundings and much friendlier staff. we are vegetarian but eat eggs and cheese. This is fabulous restaurant and would highly recommend a visit. Would definitely go again. We ordered the vegetarian raclette and this came with unlimited boiled potatoes, a green salad with wallnuts, picked gerkins and pickled onions. Didn't need to request any more potatoes as the serving was more then generous. Great friendly staff and would recommend booking as it got very busy...
