So we had 3 meals. 2 were fine but on the 3rd the chicken was cooked on the outside, raw in the middle. No major deal, these things happen. We told the waiter and he agreed it was raw and told us we didn’t have to pay for it. We shared the other 2 meals between us. Before we finished our waiter came to us and offered us a dessert each on the house by way of apology. We told him that wasn’t needed but accepted. We went to pay our bill and we’re told that we had to pay for the raw chicken meal. We explained that it was raw and we were told it wouldn’t be charged. We were then told that we have free desserts so we would have to pay for the chicken. A heated debate ensued but we refused to pay for the raw meal or the complimentary desserts. Read moreNicely located Thai Restaurant in a very lively square. The staff is very nice and welcoming but the food that I tasted was really below the standard. The Thai salad was very sad (see the picture) The mint leaves were black and the most part of it was iceberg lettuce and not very fresh either. Presentation wise was a disaster. The bobun was bland. No taste whatsoever and dry. I don't know about the rest of the menu but at least I would run away of those 2 dishes. At least the staff was very understanding and they didn't charge us...
Read moreThe waitress could not give us a clear answer about whether a dish marked "vegetarian" was vegan and was rude to us. When we asked, we were first told no because it contains fish. We commented that fish isn't vegetarian either and the dish is labelled veggie. The waitress became rude and dismissive (rolled her eyes) and then said that the sauce was veggie and probably had no fish but was no way vegan. I think she did not know what the ingredients were and did not want to clarify....
