4 of us went for breakfast as just around the corner from our hotel. Nice welcoming breakfast cafe with nice decor. Not especially busy but a group in front of us placed a 'tricky' order. Our group had 3x flat whites, croissant and orange juice and 1x yoghurt + granola and latte machiatto. After 20 mins our order was taken. A cafe optimised for brunch crowd. Good menu is simple and easy to choose from and everything is in both English and French. Croissant with scrambled egg and salmon was good. It’s not a lot of food but perfect if you are after something light. For non coffee drinkers - they have chai latte and matcha latte. My chai latte had no sugar by default - amazing! I've been having lunch at Panshop everyday since the end of July and it never disappointed. They change the lunch menu everyday and it's always a great surprise, you can see it's carefully curated and cooked with fresh ingredients. The owner is the responsible for everything, from getting people's orders to management and is a really nice person and very friendly.
