Sala Thaï — Restaurant in Bordeaux

What a delicious and authentic Thai place in the heart of Bordeaux. Honestly I’ve been eating too much French food and was craving Asian food. What drew me to this place was the beautifully decorated interior, transports you back to a restaurant in Thailand. The attention to detail in the decor was incredible. Sad I forgot I take some photos.

Food was also beyond delicious. Warning though, the papaya salad spicy was really spicy ! I loved it, but in case you can’t handle spice, just ask for the normal. We ordered a shrimp panang curry, and the beef with ginger and basil. We finished everything on that plate.

อร่อยมากจนอยากบอกต่อ! ร้านนี้ชื่อว่า ศาลาไทย SALA THAI อยู่ที่เมือง Bordeaux ประเทศฝรั่งเศส เป็นร้านอาหารไทยแท้ๆ ที่คนไทยเป็นเจ้าของและลงมือทำเอง รสชาติเหมือนกินที่เมืองไทยไม่มีผิด ทั้งกลิ่นเครื่องเทศ รสชาติ และการจัดจานที่พิถีพิถัน

บรรยากาศในร้านอบอุ่น น่ารัก ตกแต่งเหมือนได้กลับไปบ้านที่เมืองไทย เจ้าของร้านและพนักงานก็น่ารัก เป็นกันเองมากๆ ถ้าใครมาเที่ยว Bordeaux อยากแนะนำให้ลองจริงๆ รับรองไม่ผิดหวังค่ะ!

Un vrai coup de cœur culinaire ! Le restaurant s’appelle Sala Thaï et se trouve à Bordeaux. C’est un authentique restaurant thaïlandais tenu par des Thaïlandais passionnés. Les plats sont préparés avec soin, les saveurs sont riches, équilibrées et fidèles à la cuisine traditionnelle thaï – c’est comme si l’on mangeait en Thaïlande !
